About the Role

In this dynamic and customer-focused role, you will serve as the frontline representative of Wairoa’s tourism services. You will warmly welcome visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate, engaging, and helpful information to both tourists and local residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting information centre
