Pearl Catering is currently seeking a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic Kitchenhand / Dishwasher to join our friendly and fast-paced catering team in Marrickville, Sydney.

About the Role
As a Kitchenhand / Dishwasher, you will play an important role in maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency within the kitchen. You will support chefs and kitchen staff by ensuring equipment, utensils, and preparation areas are kept clean and hygienic at all times.
The role may also involve assisting with food preparation, deliveries, and stock organisation as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen and work areas.
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks when required.
- Ensure all workplace health, safety, and food hygiene procedures are followed.
- Assist with receiving deliveries and organising stock and supplies.
- Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately.
- Keep storage and preparation areas clean and organised.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to maintain smooth daily operations.
- Support the team during busy service periods.

Previous Experience
