JBS Australia is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Night Picker Packer to join our night shift warehouse team in Lidcombe, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment within one of Australia’s leading food processing and distribution companies.
Our business operates within the food service sector in a highly efficient just-in-time distribution environment, ensuring products are delivered accurately and on schedule to customers.
About the Role
We are looking for energetic and hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work and thrive in physically active roles. This position plays an important role in supporting the continued growth and success of the business by ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch.
Previous experience in pick packing is beneficial; however, applicants from other industries are encouraged to apply as full on-the-job training will be provided.

- Full-Time Position
- Monday to Friday
- Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and accurately pick various meat products according to order slips and customer requirements.
- Weigh, label, pack, and machine-strap products for dispatch.
- Work efficiently within a refrigerated cool-room environment.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced just-in-time distribution environment.
- Safely lift, move, and handle meat crates, cartons, and boxes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the work area.
- Follow all workplace health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and delivery targets.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous pick packing or warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks
- Ability to work in cold storage or refrigerated environments
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
