Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals for the position of Plastic Molding Technician under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) in Japan. This role involves operating and maintaining plastic molding machines, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards in manufactured plastic products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, start, operate, monitor, and shut down plastic molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
  • Install and secure molds in machines, ensuring proper alignment and setup.
  • Adjust machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, cycle time, and material flow for optimal production.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
  • Inspect finished plastic products for defects such as warping, cracks, air bubbles, and incomplete filling.
  • Perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments to maintain product quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of machines and work areas.
  • Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
  • Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety standards and operational procedures.
  • Assist in routine maintenance of molding machines and equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in plastic molding or a related field.
  • Must be at least a High School Graduate.
  • Must possess a valid passport (not expired).
  • Basic understanding of plastic molding processes and machine operation.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment.
  • Physically fit and capable of working in a factory setting.
  • Willingness to work in Japan under the TITP program and adapt to workplace culture and discipline.
