Job Overview

LINK ASIA MANPOWER SOLUTIONS CORP is currently seeking compassionate, dedicated, and hardworking individuals to join as eCare Workers (Caregivers) in Japan. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about caregiving and interested in working in an international healthcare environment.

As an eCare Worker, you will be responsible for providing physical, emotional, and social support to elderly residents and individuals with disabilities. Your primary goal is to assist patients with their daily living activities while ensuring their safety, dignity, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
  • Provide mobility support including transferring, repositioning, and walking assistance
  • Monitor and report changes in patients’ physical and emotional condition
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient rooms and living areas
  • Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders (as instructed)
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and healthcare teams

Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate
  • Applicants with no prior work experience are welcome to apply
  • Must possess a Japanese Language Certificate such as:
    • JLPT N4 (Japanese Language Proficiency Test)
    • JFT A2
    • JNAT N4
  • Basic understanding of caregiving techniques
  • Knowledge of infection control and safety standards is an advantage
