Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation and Production
As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be required to operate and monitor milling machines to perform a variety of machining tasks. This includes shaping, cutting, and finishing metal and other materials according to technical drawings and specifications.
Precision Cutting and Machining
You will carry out hexagonal and flat surface processing, ensuring high levels of precision and accuracy. Moreover, you will determine the appropriate cutting methods based on the material of the workpiece and the type of cutting tools used.
Tool Setup and Mounting
A key part of the role involves the proper mounting and alignment of cutting tools and workpieces. You must ensure that all setups are accurate to avoid defects and maintain product quality.
Assembly and Adjustment
You will also be responsible for assembling processed parts and units. Additionally, fine adjustments may be required to ensure that all components meet required specifications and function correctly.
Safety Compliance and Inspection
Safety is a top priority in this role. Therefore, you will participate in safety and health education programs upon employment. You will also conduct regular inspections of safety equipment and ensure that all machinery and surrounding areas meet workplace safety standards.
Workplace Monitoring

Qualifications and Requirements
Experience
Applicants must have at least 1 year of relevant working experience as a milling machine operator or in a similar machining role.
Education
There is no minimum educational requirement for this position; however, technical training or vocational certification in machining or manufacturing will be considered an advantage.
