Your Role: The Guardian of Excellence

As a Cleanliness Supervisor, you are the final checkpoint for the world-renowned St. Regis guest experience. You will oversee the flawless execution of room standards that define the brand’s legacy:

• Quality Inspections: Rigorous checks of guest rooms, public areas, pools, and spas to ensure “St. Regis Standard” perfection.
• Operational Command: Running sold-room reports, prioritizing cleaning schedules, and coordinating with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry.
• Leadership & Coaching: Training, motivating, and disciplining staff to foster an environment of high performance and genuine appreciation.
• Liaison Excellence: Resolving room discrepancies and communicating vital issues between shifts to maintain seamless operations.
