Remarkable People Limited is currently seeking reliable, motivated, and hardworking General and Skilled Labourers to join professional civil, construction, and roading crews working across Queenstown, Wānaka, and Cromwell.

Key Responsibilities
As a General or Skilled Labourer, your duties may include:
- Assisting construction and civil crews on site
- Performing manual labour and general site tasks
- Supporting tradespeople and equipment operators
- Preparing and cleaning worksites
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- Using basic hand tools and equipment where required
- Assisting with roading, infrastructure, or construction activities
Duties may vary depending on the project and the level of experience.
Skills and Experience Required
To be considered for this role, applicants should ideally possess the following:
- Previous labouring or construction experience is preferred but not essential
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work reliably and punctually as part of a team
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual work
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures on worksites
While experienced candidates are highly valued, we also welcome motivated individuals who are willing to learn and develop their skills on the job.
Additional Requirements
Applicants should also meet the following criteria:
- Own transport or reliable access to transportation (preferred)
- A valid driver’s licence is an advantage
- Must be drug-free and able to pass workplace testing if required
- Must have a clean or reasonably clean criminal record
- Must hold a valid New Zealand work visa, NZ residency, or NZ citizenship
