Due to this ongoing expansion, we are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Moorebank, Sydney NSW. About the Role

This is a full-time position (38 hours per week), operating during standard business hours:

Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

As a Customer Service Phone Support Representative, you will play a key role in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels by providing timely, accurate, and professional support across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service via inbound phone calls, live chat, and email/ticketing systems
  • Assisting walk-in customers and handling click-and-collect orders with professionalism
  • Troubleshooting customer issues related to electronic, pet, or beauty products
  • Providing clear and accurate product information and guidance
  • Resolving customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive experience
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Contributing ideas and suggestions to improve marketing strategies, sales processes, and customer service operations
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Skills and Experience Required

We are looking for a candidate who is customer-focused, tech-savvy, and highly organised. The ideal applicant will possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across phone, email, and live chat platforms
  • Proven experience in customer service or call centre environments
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving issues
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting
  • High level of organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Solid technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills for electronic products
  • Previous experience in sales or a strong interest in health, wellness, or e-commerce products (highly desirable)
