In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our medical imaging clinic. You will act as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, creating a welcoming environment while providing high-quality administrative and customer service support.

Key Responsibilities

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for a variety of front-desk and administrative duties that are essential to the daily operations of the clinic. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming patients and visitors with a friendly, professional, and compassionate approach
  • Managing appointment bookings, rescheduling, and maintaining accurate patient schedules
  • Responding to patient enquiries and providing clear information about imaging services and procedures

  • Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, document scanning, and record management
