Job Description:

• Provide education and care for babies, toddlers, and children.
• Prepare materials and equipment to support children’s learning and development.
• Provide experiences that foster play and learning.
• Develop positive and respectful relationships with children.
• Ensure the health and safety of children.
• Support and supervise daily routines.
• Encourage inclusion and cooperative behavior.
• Maintain accurate records for each child.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs.
• Liaise with families.
• Adhere to center policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Recognized Diploma (or higher) qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of full-time (or equivalent) experience in a regulated early childhood education and care service in Australia.
• Availability to work full-time.
• Passion for a career in childcare.
• Reliable transportation.
• Right to work in Australia.
