What should I do after creating an account?
- Click the Forgot Your Password link at the bottom left corner of the login page.
- Enter the email address you used to create the account, then click Send Password Reset Link.
- After resetting your password, log in to your BSRS account.
- Complete your profile once logged in.
- Don’t forget to verify your email by clicking the link in the confirmation email sent to you. Then, click the Verify Email button to return to your BSRS account.
What if I haven’t received a confirmation email?
First, double-check your email credentials. If they are correct, click the link to request another confirmation email.
Tip: Make sure to check your spam or junk folder, or any other tabs in your inbox.
What should I do if the email I’m registering is already in use?
If you receive a message saying the email is already taken, it means you’ve previously created a TESDA account with that email. Simply log in to your existing account.
If you don’t remember your password, follow the account recovery instructions mentioned earlier.
What should I do if I forgot my password?
Click the Forgot Your Password link located at the bottom left corner of the login page. Enter your email address and click Send Password Reset Link.

The BSRS system is available to registered students/learners, institutions/providers, and all authorized users of BSRS.
