What You’ll Do:
- Cultivate and care for our blueberry crops: This includes tasks like weeding, cleaning, and ensuring farm safety protocols followed.
- Harvesting: You’ll be responsible for picking blueberries at their peak ripeness.
- Grading and sorting: You’ll learn to grade blueberries based on size, shape, color, and volume to maximize their market value.
- Operate and maintain farm equipment (potential task): You may have the opportunity to learn how to operate some of our machinery.
- General farm duties: variety of tasks to keep the farm running smoothly.
Who We’re Looking For:
- No prior experience necessary – we are happy to train!
- Eagerness to learn and a willingness to work hard.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
- Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
- English or French communication skills are a requirement.
