Connery’s Riverdale Farm is seeking a team of motivated Farm Labourers to join our exciting seasonal harvest season! What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly wage of $15.30 with the possibility of bonuses and piecework earnings.
• Opportunity to work 30-60 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options (days, evenings, weekends).

Job Responsibilities:

• Harvesting a bounty of fresh produce: You’ll be hand-picking a variety of fruits and vegetables, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Planting, cultivating, and caring for crops: From planting seeds to weeding and irrigation, you’ll be involved in the entire crop lifecycle.
• Sorting, packing, and preparing produce for market: You’ll play a key role in getting our fresh harvest ready for consumers.
• Operating and maintaining farm equipment (potential task): You may have the opportunity to learn how to operate some of our farm machinery.

Qualifications:

• While experience is an asset, we welcome enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn.
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions (hot, cold, dusty).
• Physically fit and able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to distinguish between colors and pay close attention to detail.
