The Opportunity of Casual Sales Assistant
We are on the hunt for enthusiastic, energetic, and driven individuals to join our Moorabbin DFO Factory House as Casual Sales Assistants. What You’ll Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Delivering Outstanding Service: Offer each customer a world-class, personalised shopping experience. Listen actively to their needs, provide expert product advice, and ensure they leave feeling inspired and ready to perform at their best.
Living the Brand: Represent Under Armour with pride and integrity at all times. Uphold our customer service philosophy and maintain a positive, energetic presence on the shop floor.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Under Armour products — from fabric technologies and performance features to fit and function. Share this knowledge confidently to help customers make the right choices.
Driving Sales: Proactively work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets. Maximise every sales opportunity by upselling and cross-selling related products that enhance the customer’s experience.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with your teammates to maintain an organised, welcoming, and visually appealing store environment. Support each other to keep things running smoothly, especially during peak times.
Store Standards: Assist with stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and general store housekeeping to ensure the store is always tidy, well-presented, and ready to impress.
