Work Schedule & Shift Details
- Shift Type: Rotational (Day & Night Shifts)
- Morning Shift: 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 8:00 AM
- Work Pattern:
- Work 2 Days → Rest 2 Days
- Only 15 working days per month

Job Responsibilities
As a Security Officer, your duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Safety & Surveillance
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for visitors, staff, and assets
- Monitor premises using surveillance systems and patrol assigned areas
2. Incident Handling & Emergency Response
- Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and incidents
- Provide basic first aid when required
- Escalate critical situations to relevant authorities
3. Crowd Control & Access Management
- Manage crowd flow, especially in high-traffic areas such as casino floors
- Control access points and verify identification when necessary
4. Asset Protection
- Escort and safeguard valuables or sensitive materials
- Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
5. Communication & Coordination
- Respond to alerts from the Operations Control Center (OCC)
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth operations
Job Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- ✔ Valid PLRD (Police Licensing & Regulatory Department) License
- ✔ Willingness to work rotational shifts, including overtime if required
- ✔ Comfortable working in a casino environment
- ✔ Physically fit and mentally alert
- ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✔ Ability to remain calm under pressure
