About the Role: Neurophysiology Scientist

CHS is currently seeking talented Neurophysiology Scientists at both junior and senior levels to join our dedicated Neurology team. As a key provider of neurological care in the region, our department delivers cutting-edge neurophysiology services across adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations. Whether you’re starting your career or ready to take on a leadership role, we offer a variety of opportunities tailored to suit your experience.

Role Responsibilities

As a Neurophysiology Scientist or Senior Neurophysiology Scientist, you’ll perform and manage a range of neurophysiology assessments. These roles involve both independent and team-based work, offering responsibilities in patient care, testing, and service delivery. For senior scientists, there’s the added opportunity to mentor junior staff, lead quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to the department’s continuous advancement.

Key Duties Include:

  • Conducting neurophysiology tests across diverse patient demographics
  • Participating in quality improvement and service delivery
  • For senior roles, providing leadership, mentoring, and quality management
  • Supporting a collaborative, patient-centered care environment

Qualifications & Experience

  • Health Professional Level 2: Ideal for scientists with at least 12 months of experience, seeking growth and skill development.
  • Health Professional Level 3: Suitable for candidates with advanced leadership skills who can manage and mentor teams, implement quality management, and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge in neurophysiology service delivery.
