Your Impactful Role:

As a Medical Courier, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of essential medical items to our patients across Adelaide. Collaborating with the logistics coordinator, you’ll navigate efficient routes, maintain accurate records, and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.

Your Responsibilities:

• Efficient Deliveries: Collect medical items from our office and deliver them promptly to patients’ homes.
• Item Retrieval: Retrieve returned items from patients and ensure their safe return to the office.
• Route Planning: Optimize delivery routes, considering traffic and distance for maximum efficiency.
• Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and staff information.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Courier Experience: Ideally, you have experience as a courier, preferably in a medical or pharmaceutical setting.
• Navigation Skills: Possess excellent routing and directional skills, with a thorough knowledge of the greater Adelaide area.
• Professionalism: You are reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a commitment to exceptional service.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
• IT Literacy: Comfortable using technology for record-keeping and communication.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License: A current Australian driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential.
• Working with Children Check: Must have or be willing to obtain.
• Pre-Employment Checks: Successful applicants may be required to undergo a medical assessment, including drug and alcohol testing.
