• Data-Driven Designer: Ensure every design element meets both functional (think readability and brand visibility) and performance objectives (engagement, reach, and conversions).

Do you have the design DNA?

• 3+ years of graphic design experience with a passion for creating impactful visuals.
• Experience in DeFi, Web3, or crypto a plus, but not required. A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design skills is key!
• Mastery of design tools: Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop are your best friends.
• Thriving in a Fast-Paced World: You can handle multiple deadlines and adapt to a dynamic environment.
