The Opportunity

We’re seeking a talented Product Manager (Event Focus) to join our dynamic team and lead the design and execution of our event product system. You’ll play a key role in increasing event exposure, optimizing event processes, and driving user engagement through data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop event product modules, translating on-site and off-site gameplay into actionable product features.
• Collaborate with developers to streamline event execution for maximum efficiency.
• Leverage industry best practices to plan and execute impactful platform activities.
• Increase event visibility by exploring new marketing channels and optimizing resource allocation.
• Utilize data analysis to uncover key event marketing insights and drive product innovation.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of user needs and a passion for creative event planning.
• Exceptional design sense with expertise in user interface (UI) and business process design.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within diverse, cross-functional teams.
• A knack for data analysis and strategic thinking, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (highly advantageous).
