We’re looking for a highly skilled professional who:

• Possesses 5+ years of experience in window & door installation (experience with aluminum products a plus!).
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates meticulous attention to detail.
• Is a strong team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Enjoys physical challenges and has the ability to safely handle heavy materials.
• Holds a valid driver’s license and a clean criminal record check (available upon request).

Nova Doors & Windows offers a competitive compensation package, including:

• Wages: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour (negotiable) based on experience
