- Addressing customer complaints or concerns
- Cleaning various surfaces including windows, walls, ceilings, and furniture
- Vacuuming carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
- Disposing of debris and emptying trash containers
- Reporting lost and found items
- Dusting furniture and attending to guests’ additional supply requests
- Making beds, changing sheets, and cleaning and disinfecting various areas
- Providing basic information on facility amenities
- Cleaning and disinfecting elevators, changing rooms, showers, and kitchen/bathroom fixtures and appliances
- Sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors
