Eligibility Requirements

Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student.

No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.

Must have legal authorization to work in Canada (citizen, permanent resident, or temporary resident with valid work permit).

Work Environment
This position involves working outdoors, in all types of weather conditions. It requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, your duties will include the following tasks:

Assist with various landscape construction and enhancement projects.

Weed, prune, and trim trees, shrubs, and plants to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal.

Cut grass using push mowers or tractor mowers.
-
Rake leaves, clear debris, and collect refuse to maintain clean grounds.

Remove litter and garbage from common areas and paths.
-
Cart and spread topsoil, gravel, or mulch in garden areas or walkways.

Water plants, tend lawns, and assist with general garden care.

Operate and maintain various landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers and weed trimmers.
Tools & Equipment Experience (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

Tractor Mower

Weed Trimmer / Edger
If you have prior experience using these tools or are eager to learn, this role will provide excellent hands-on training.

Additional Information

Transportation: Must have your own transportation to the work site.
