Key Responsibilities and Duties

As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all guests. Your duties will include sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors to maintain spotless surfaces. You will dust furniture, vacuum carpets, clean draperies, and care for upholstered furniture. Making beds, changing linens, and providing fresh towels and toiletries will be part of your daily routine. You will also restock the linen closet and ensure guest rooms are fully prepared and presentable. Other important tasks involve cleaning and disinfecting bathroom and kitchen fixtures and appliances, handling lost and found items professionally, and responding promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or services. Additional duties include collecting debris, emptying trash containers, and washing windows, walls, and ceilings. All these tasks contribute to creating an exceptional guest experience and upholding the high standards of our establishment.

Physical Demands and Work Conditions

The role of Room Attendant can be physically demanding and involves repetitive tasks. You should prepare for activities that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and being on your feet for extended periods.
