As part of our growing team, we are looking for a Front Desk Cashier who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.
Position Overview
As a Front Desk Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring each guest feels welcome and valued. You will handle cash transactions, manage orders efficiently, and maintain a clean, organized counter area. This role suits someone who enjoys interacting with people and has strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities

Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.

Process cash, cheque, and credit/debit card payments.

Receive payment for goods and services, issue receipts, and balance transactions.

Greet customers warmly and create a positive first impression.

Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting with orders.

Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and counter areas.

Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth café operations.
Work Environment

Fast-paced and dynamic setting within a busy café.

Work performed entirely on-site – no remote work option.

May require standing for extended periods and multitasking under pressure.

Shifts may include mornings, daytime hours, and weekends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Languages: English (required)
Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience preferred
