The Role:

In this full-time role, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest service by providing food and beverage service across various locations within the breathtaking Uluru Kata Tjuta National Park.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and pack down for BBQ dinners and sunset drinks.
• Provide efficient and professional food and beverage service to guests.
• Work in diverse locations like Under the Stars experiences and sunrise/sunset viewing areas.
• Understand guest needs and ensure they have a delightful dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment (Food Hygiene qualification required or willingness to obtain).
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Have a love for the outdoors, the environment, and Indigenous culture.
• Are a team player with a positive and can-do attitude.
• Have the physical ability to set up and pack down buffet equipment.
• Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Handlers Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

• Previous restaurant or cafe experience.
• Experience in the tourism industry.
• A valid driver’s license.
