Job Overview

As a Steel Worker / Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and finishing metal structures with precision. You will work closely with design and production teams to deliver high-quality projects on time. The role requires both technical skills and attention to detail, ensuring that every piece meets client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabricate and assemble staircases, railings, and other metal structures based on technical drawings

  • Operate laser and plasma cutting machines for precise metal cutting

  • Perform sheet metal work, including guillotine cutting, bending, and finishing

  • Assist in welding, grinding, and polishing stainless steel and steel components

  • Collaborate with design and production teams to meet deadlines and client requirements

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment following health and safety standards

  • Conduct quality checks to ensure the accuracy and finish of fabricated items

Requirements

  • Proven experience in steel fabrication, metalworking, or related roles

  • Familiarity with laser and plasma cutting machines is an advantage

  • Strong welding and metal finishing skills (MIG/TIG welding preferred)

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

  • Good physical fitness and manual dexterity

  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
