Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join one of the leading hospitals in Saudi Arabia. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering safe and quality nursing care to patients, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining high standards of professional practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient-centered clinical care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting in treatment plans.

  • Support doctors and healthcare specialists in various medical procedures.

  • Ensure proper documentation of patient progress, reports, and records.

  • Promote patient safety and infection control practices at all times.

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.

  • Adhere to hospital policies, ethical guidelines, and nursing standards.

  • Perform additional nursing duties as required.

Job Qualifications

  • Must be a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing graduate.

  • Minimum 1 year of recent and relevant hospital experience.

  • Holder of a valid PRC License.

  • Candidates with Saudi Council or other Gulf country licenses will have an advantage.

  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

Additional Information

  • Employer is conducting a Final Interview in Riyadh from May 21–25, 2025.

  • Accepted candidates will undergo deployment to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia hospitals.

  • Open to male and female nurses with verified hospital experience.

  • Placement is for multiple healthcare facilities across Riyadh, Najran, and surrounding regions.
