We are currently expanding our team and looking for a dedicated and energetic Food Counter Attendant to join us in providing excellent service to our guests.
Job Overview
As a Food Counter Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment while ensuring high-quality customer service and food presentation. You will be the face of the restaurant at the service counter or buffet table, assisting guests promptly and courteously. No prior experience is necessary—we are happy to train the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm, responsibility, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:

Setting up and replenishing food counters and buffet stations with clean dishes, cutlery, and condiments

Cleaning and sanitizing all necessary tools, including dishwasher mats, carts, kitchen equipment, and waste disposal units

Maintaining cleanliness of the dining area by clearing tables, trays, and chairs efficiently

Hand-washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils, and other items as required
-
Placing clean items in designated storage areas in an organized manner

Serving customers directly at counters or buffet stations, ensuring politeness and promptness

Disposing of kitchen waste and garbage safely and responsibly

Performing regular sweeping, mopping, and floor polishing tasks to uphold hygiene standards
Work Conditions & Physical Demands
This is an on-site position, and remote work is not available for this role. The role may require:

Working under pressure, especially during peak hours

Performing physically demanding tasks, such as standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights

Repetitive movements during food service and cleaning routines
-
Overtime work depending on business demand, especially during weekends or special events
