Job Summary

Manraj Motor Ltd. in Leduc, AB is looking for an experienced welder to join their team in a full-time, permanent role. This position requires hands-on expertise with various welding processes and equipment to fabricate and repair metal parts and products. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in welding operations and possess a Red Seal Welder Trade Certificate.

Job Responsibilities

As a Welder at Manraj Motor Ltd., you will be responsible for:

• Welding Process Specifications: Interpreting specifications and executing tasks according to process requirements.
• Welding Equipment Operation: Operating manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated welding equipment.
• Metal Shaping & Cutting: Using flame-cutting equipment, brakes, shears, and other metal shaping tools to prepare metal parts.
• Hoisting & Lifting: Operating lifting equipment to handle and position metal pieces.
• Robotic Welding Line: Starting, adjusting, and monitoring robotic welding production lines.
• Equipment Maintenance: Performing minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment to ensure consistent operation.

Requirements

• Certification: Red Seal Welder Trade Certificate is required.
• Location: All responsibilities must be completed on-site; remote work is not available.
• Physical Capabilities: Ability to handle heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks with precision and attention to detail.
