What You’ll Do:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to understand project specifications.
- Measure and mark workpieces with precision using calipers, rulers, and other tools.
- Utilize various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC) to fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment.
- Inspect welds thoroughly to ensure they meet quality and accuracy standards.
- Operate hand and power tools for grinding, cutting, and smoothing metal surfaces.
- Safely operate cranes and forklifts (if applicable) to move materials and equipment.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to established safety protocols.
Who You Are:
- A skilled Welder with experience in a similar role (1 year or more preferred).
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques.
- Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments.
- Possess a strong eye for detail and the ability to produce exceptional welds.
- Physically fit to perform the duties of the job, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects.
- A valid welding certification is preferred but not mandatory.
