About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join the team at DEASTRIDGE LTD in the vibrant neighbourhood of Mission Bay, Auckland. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the ongoing success of this dynamic hospitality establishment. This is a full-time position with excellent prospects for growth and development within the company. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless dining experience for customers – from greeting them warmly, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages, to addressing their needs throughout their visit.

You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting customers and guiding them to their tables with a friendly, professional manner.

  • Taking orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt and courteous service.

  • Serving food and beverages in a timely, attentive fashion.

  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including setting and clearing tables.

  • Addressing customer queries and concerns promptly and courteously.

  • Assisting with general kitchen and dining room duties when required.

  • Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing hospitality role, ideally as a Waiter/Waitress.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers in a friendly yet professional way.

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to create a positive dining experience.

  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends.

  • A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist colleagues whenever needed.
