Job Summary: Creating High-Impact Digital Ad Content

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor / Content Creator to join our fast-paced marketing team in Milan. This crucial role involves not only producing high-quality advertisements and brand videos but also creating deliberately “shitty quality” content when required by social media trends and audience demand. Your expertise in visual storytelling and editing will be key to enhancing our app promotion and brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities and Creative Contribution

The successful candidate will be deeply embedded in the marketing process, working collaboratively to drive visual engagement across all platforms.

Video Editing & Production: Work directly with the marketing team to produce compelling video advertisements and brand content for our proprietary apps. This includes iterating quickly on performance feedback.
On-Screen Talent: Occasionally act as the star of our videos (acting required) to create authentic, relatable content for social media campaigns.
Storytelling: Transform compelling brand narratives and user stories into engaging visual content ready for massive social media distribution.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, analyze competitor strategies, and understand target audiences to create visually impactful videos.
