Responsibilities & Duties
- Handling customer complaints or inquiries
- Exemplary customer service Operating lighter, specialized trucks
- Loading and unloading goods
- Driving straight or articulated trucks for material transport
- Monitoring vehicle condition and conducting inspections
- Handling payments for goods
- Performing brake adjustments and emergency repairs
- Conducting pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections
- Recording cargo data, service hours, travel distance, and fuel use Credentials Certifications, licenses, memberships, and courses Class 3/3F/DF License (trailer truck, vehicles with over 3 axles) Air Brake (Z) Endorsement Experience and Focus Knowledge in documentation
- Accident or incident reporting Inspection reports (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip)
- Maintenance and repair records Trip documentation
