Supervise Operational Activities: Oversee day-to-day transportation workflows to ensure seamless execution.
Manage and Coordinate Teams: Lead two dedicated teams – Customer Service and Traffic – fostering collaboration and performance.
Handle Fleet and Supplier Management: Optimize internal fleet utilization and negotiate with external vendors for cost-effective partnerships.
Control Financials and Reporting: Monitor revenues, costs, and contribute to business plan development with weekly/monthly insights.
Drive Process Improvements: Participate in projects enhancing team efficiency, leveraging project management tools.
Support International Collaborations: Engage with global entities, requiring strong English proficiency.
