Farmworker Responsibilities
- Cultivation and Harvesting: Help with growing, managing, and harvesting crops in a greenhouse.
- Packing: Assist in packing fresh produce for sale and delivery.
- Direct Sales Assistance: Support the sales of fresh crops directly to customers.
- Supermarket Deliveries: Deliver freshly harvested produce to nearby supermarkets.
Work Schedule
- Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 3-5 days a week.
- Days Off: You’ll have Mondays and Fridays off, but we offer a flexible shift system depending on your availability.
- Salary: ¥1,100 per hour, with the possibility of overtime pay.
- Trial Period: 60 days, with no changes in the pay rate during this time.
