What You’ll Bring to the Role
We’re seeking someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You should be someone who takes pride in managing dispatch processes, is confident operating equipment, and enjoys taking ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations. Ideally, you’ll be:

Self-managed, dependable, and capable of juggling multiple priorities without constant supervision

Physically fit, strong, and comfortable with hands-on, manual handling duties

Practical-minded and solution-focused with a “can-do” attitude

Excellent in both written and verbal communication

Computer literate with the ability to learn and navigate ERP systems

Comfortable working in a team environment, but equally efficient when working independently

Experienced in warehousing or logistics, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering environment

Certified to operate a forklift (current OSH Forklift Certification required)
Key Responsibilities for Storeperson / Dispatch
As a Storeperson / Dispatch Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring that production processes run smoothly and that customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time. Your tasks will include:

Picking and distributing parts daily to designated internal workstations in line with production schedules

Ordering consumables and maintaining stock levels for production use

Performing periodic stocktakes and cycle counts with accuracy and attention to detail

Managing dispatch processes using our ERP system, including data entry and product tracking

Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch to domestic and international markets

Coordinating freight pickups using our suppliers’ digital freight management systems

Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently

Identifying opportunities for improvement within the dispatch and warehousing process through our LEAN framework

Ensuring all health and safety standards are strictly followed throughout all warehouse activities
