- Problem Solver: Swiftly respond to security incidents, utilizing your expertise to de-escalate situations and find effective solutions.
- Team Player: Collaborate with the security team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and a unified approach to safety.
- Keen Observer: Proactively identify and report potential security risks, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.
What We Need From You:
- Experience: Ideally, you’ll have previous security experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
