Overview
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and Suites Victoria is seeking an experienced Reservations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient operations at our hotel.
Key Responsibilities
As a Reservations Manager, you will:
- Supervise and lead the front desk staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and training sessions to enhance team skills.
- Manage daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Prepare and oversee budgets, monitoring both revenues and expenses.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to attract guests.
- Enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain high service standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Assist clients and guests with special needs.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the front desk team.
Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in hospitality or reservations management.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
