Role Requirements

Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse (AHPRA Registered)

As a Registered or Enrolled Nurse, you’ll play a key role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to aged care residents. Our ideal candidates demonstrate a strong commitment to enhancing the wellbeing and quality of life for those in their care.

Requirements:

• AHPRA Registration: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Education: Completed a Bachelor of Nursing or relevant qualifications for Enrolled Nurses.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse, with experience in aged care or a similar healthcare environment preferred.
• Skills: Excellent clinical documentation skills, time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
• Safety Focus: Commitment to maintaining a safe environment for residents and staff.

Cook

In this position, you will prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to meet the dietary needs of aged care residents. This role is ideal for a cook with a passion for nutrition and quality food service in a healthcare setting.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience working as a cook, preferably in a healthcare or aged care environment.
• Dietary Knowledge: Familiarity with the dietary needs of aged care residents and an understanding of safe food handling practices.
• Time Management: Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment, preparing high-quality meals within set timelines.
