Principal Vacancy – Bahria Foundation School Mardan Campus A subsidiary of Pakistan Navy, Bahria Foundation School Mardan Campus is seeking a qualified and experienced Principal to lead our dedicated team and foster a nurturing learning environment for our students.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and financial leadership for the school, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Oversee academic programs, curriculum development, and student progress.
• Foster a positive learning environment and maintain strong relationships with teachers, students, parents, and local authorities.
• Manage and motivate staff, ensuring performance excellence.
• Uphold high standards of discipline and safety within the school premises.
• Regularly evaluate and update the school curriculum to align with current educational trends.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Science or English subjects (Candidates with M.Ed/B.Ed/EPM preferred).
• Minimum 12-15 years of teaching and/or administration experience.
• Proven track record of success in a leadership role within the education sector (Minimum 5 years of experience as a Principal or Head of Institution desirable).

Essential Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and public relations skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
• Proven human resource management skills.
• Ability to operate and monitor Integrated School/Student Management System (ISMS) and School Financial Management System.
