Project Summary for Planner Scheduler Jobs Bechtel Australia

Join us in the Pluto Train 2 project, expanding the existing LNG facility near Karratha for Woodside Energy, with a capacity of 5 million tonnes per annum.

Role Summary:

Prepare and manage scheduling data to ensure project timelines are met. Analyze data for scheduling challenges and support contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage planning activities and schedule updates.
• Identify scheduling trends and propose solutions.
• Facilitate communication across departments for schedule integration.
• Lead scheduling meetings and present updates to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 5-7 years of relevant experience (or 9-12 years without a degree).
• Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of Primavera P6 preferred.
• Experience in planning and scheduling, especially in LNG projects.

Working Conditions:

Responsibilities may include work on construction sites with varying conditions. Adherence to safety protocols and restrictions on personal devices is required.
