Join our dedicated team in a hands-on role focused on the husbandry of Pacific Oysters for sale and harvest. This position involves working in the grow-out section of the farm while adhering to strict health, safety, and regulatory protocols under the Animal Products Notice.

Key Responsibilities

• Care for and manage Pacific Oysters to meet harvest and sale requirements.
• Follow and maintain grading, thinning, and splitting schedules as directed.
• Assist with the supply of market-ready oysters for processing.
• Conduct general farm maintenance to ensure optimal operations.
• Take on additional tasks as required by management or other team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A valid driver’s license is essential.
• A skipper’s license is a bonus (support available to obtain one).
• Experience working with Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S/WHS) standards is advantageous.
• Previous experience as a farmhand is preferred.
