Key Responsibilities and Tasks

• Add or replace hydraulic and transmission fluids in vehicles

• Assist licensed mechanics and follow directions accurately

• Change engine oil and lubricate moving parts in cars, trucks, and heavy equipment

• Provide on-site services with professionalism and efficiency

• Replace oil, air, and fuel filters to improve engine performance

• Stock shelves, organize display areas, and maintain a clean work environment

• Use basic computer systems to manage and review customer files

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

• Fast-paced and physically active work environment

• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination are essential

• Frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling
