What You’ll Do On Rotation
- Execute rigging lifts per Deck/Rigging Foreman instructions, adhering to OPITO standards and PTW protocols
- Inspect and verify slings, shackles, and gear for safe conditions; report defects immediately
- Coordinate with cranes, welders, and marine teams to minimize coactivity and hazards
- If certified, erect/disassemble scaffolding for access and maintenance tasks
- Drive forklifts for material handling during mobilization/demobilization
- Support mooring ops and housekeeping to maintain zero-incident sites
- Follow daily briefs for efficient, quality-driven workflows
Essential Requirements for 2025 Hires
- OPITO-approved Rigging Competence Stage 3/4 certification (Level 1-3)
- Minimum 2-5 years topside/offshore rigging experience (e.g., FPSO lifts, platform installs)
- BOSIET/HEUT/CDC + valid medical (OGUK offshore)
- Forklift and basic scaffolding tickets (OPITO or equivalent) preferred
- Fluent English for safety comms; team-player mindset for high-stakes environments
