Primary Responsibilities

  • Set work priorities and ensure compliance with procedures and deadlines
  • Oversee office administrative tasks and activities
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodations, relocations, equipment, supplies, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security
  • Compile data and generate reports, manuals, and correspondence as needed
  • Perform data entry tasks

Supervision: None required
