Education and Experience

Minimum education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Relevant experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar customer service or hotel front desk role preferred.

Work Environment

This position must be performed on-site at the hotel. Remote work is not available for this role.

Key Responsibilities

As a Night Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a pleasant and safe stay during the overnight hours. Your main duties will include:

  • Greeting and registering arriving guests, assigning rooms, and providing keys.

  • Taking, modifying, and cancelling room reservations as needed.

  • Providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance the guest experience.

  • Processing guest check-outs, calculating final charges, and receiving payments accurately.

  • Keeping up-to-date records of room assignments, vacancies, and reservations.

  • Performing clerical tasks such as faxing, filing, and photocopying documents.

  • Answering incoming calls, relaying messages, and responding promptly to guest inquiries.

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
