The Opportunity

SRG Global is seeking a highly motivated HME (Heavy Mobile Equipment) NDT Technician to join our growing team in the Pilbara. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential technical services to a valued client while working an 8:6 roster (8 days on, 6 days off).

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct NDT and visual inspections on heavy mobile equipment like diggers, dozers, and trucks.
  • Clearly communicate and provide concise NDT results and guidance to the client.
  • Utilize SRG’s Flowfinity system to prepare and compile electronic reports and data sheets.
  • Assist engineering and metallurgy staff with tasks that don’t require NDT expertise (as needed).

Qualifications:

  • Essential: ISO 9712 Certification in MT/PT/UT Level 2.
  • Experience working with heavy mobile equipment is a strong asset.
  • Ability to manage a demanding workload and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
