Available NHMP Positions:

The NHMP offers a diverse range of positions to suit your skills and interests. Here are some of the most advertised roles:

  • Junior Patrol Officer (BS-07): This is the largest contingent with 2100 vacancies. Requires Intermediate education (F.A/F.Sc equivalent) with a minimum 2nd division, valid car and motorcycle driving license, and meets specific height and chest requirements. Age limit is 18-25 years.
  • Assistant Sub-Inspector (BS-15): Only 4 vacancies are available. Requires a Bachelors degree (B.A/B.Sc) and age limit is 18-25 years.
  • Stenotypist (BS-14): Manage documents and communications efficiently with these 35 vacancies. Requires Intermediate education with a minimum typing speed of 80/40 w.p.m in shorthand/typing and knowledge of computer operations. Age limit is 18-25 years.
  • Photographer (BS-13): Capture compelling visuals for the force. 46 vacancies are available. Requires Intermediate education with a minimum of 3 years experience in still and video photography. The age limit is 18-25 years.
  • UDC (BS-13): Assist with administrative duties in these 31 vacancies. Requires Intermediate education. The age limit is 18-25 years.

How to Apply for NHMP Jobs:

Visit the official National Job Portal (NJP) website (http://njp.gov.pk) within 15 days of the advertisement publication. Applications submitted by hand or mail will not be accepted.

Carefully fill out the online application form, ensuring accuracy in:

  • Educational qualifications
  • Religion
  • Gender
  • Disability status (for non-uniform posts)
  • Driving license (for Junior Patrol Officer)

  • Physical Tests (For Junior Patrol Officer): Height/chest measurement and running test (1 mile in 8 minutes for men, 15 minutes for women). Bring joggers and a water bottle.

  • Selection Process (For Non-Uniform Posts): Written/skill tests and interviews.
