The Bank of Khyber is searching for a leader! They need a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Managing Director/CEO (Chief Executive Officer). This individual will be responsible for the bank’s overall direction and administration. They will ensure the bank follows the policies set by the Board of Directors. The position is responsible for ensuring the Bank’s success and gearing all aspects of the Bank’s activities toward deriving maximum value in the best interest of shareholders, customers, employees, and the public.
Eligibility Criteria for MANAGING DIRECTOR/CEO
- The ideal candidate for this position is a career banker with at least 20 years of experience. At least 5 of those years must be in a senior-level role like Executive Vice President. Or a similar position at a bank or financial institution.
- He/ She should have adequate knowledge, expertise, and skill mix necessary to undertake the responsibilities of the position effectively and prudently.
- Should be between 45 to 62 years of age.
- Furthermore, Should have the minimum qualification of Graduation or equivalent. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, and Economics will be preferred. If you have a degree from outside Pakistan, you’ll need an equivalency certificate from HEC to prove it meets their standards. Bring this to your interview
- Should meet all criteria as set out in the “Fit and Proper Criteria” of the Bank of Pakistan.
The position is based in Peshawar and a market-based remuneration package will be offered.
